Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BLP, its partners, including without limitation, BLP service providers and banks – and any and all representatives – from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs including reasonable attorneys’ fees, for any claims, causes of actions, procedures or allegations arising out of or relating to any violation of these Terms of Use, your use of the website, website content, or user content (including but not limited to infringement of third parties’ world wide intellectual property rights or negligent or wrongful conduct) by you or any other person accessing any website on your behalf.

You may not disseminate any information, lists, digital assets, business practices obtained from BLP for either monetary gain or no gain.
Purchase Terms and Payment
One-Time Purchase
The Service and/or digital products offered by BLP are available through a one-time payment. By purchasing the Services, you agree to pay the fee displayed at the time of purchase.
This purchase is not a subscription and does not automatically renew. You will not be charged again unless you separately elect to purchase additional products, services, programs, or offerings from BLP.
Billing
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and payment information. By submitting payment information, you authorize BLP to charge the full purchase price to your selected payment method at the time of purchase.
If a payment is declined, reversed, disputed, or otherwise fails to process, BLP reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Services until payment has been successfully completed.
Pricing Changes
BLP reserves the right to modify its pricing at any time. Any pricing changes will apply only to future purchases and will not affect purchases already completed.
No Refunds; Chargebacks Prohibited
Due to the digital nature of the Services, training materials, educational content, downloadable resources, coaching access, proprietary information, and other immediately accessible materials provided by BLP, no refunds, chargebacks, credits, exchanges, or cancellations will be granted under any circumstances once a purchase has been completed, except where required by applicable law.
By purchasing the Services, you acknowledge and agree that:
- You have carefully reviewed the description of the Services before purchasing.
- You understand that access to proprietary digital content and information is provided upon purchase during the Services designated period.
- You acknowledge and agree that you are not entitled to a refund, credit, partial refund, or exchange under any circumstances, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with the Services, failure to complete the program, failure to achieve desired business or financial results, changes in personal circumstances, scheduling conflicts, or lack of participation.
- Any chargeback or payment dispute initiated without a valid legal basis may constitute a breach of these Terms.
If you experience technical issues accessing the Services, BLP will make reasonable efforts to assist you in obtaining access, but such assistance shall not constitute grounds for a refund.
Access and Support
Upon successful payment, you will receive access to the purchased Services as described at the time of purchase BLP may provide support, coaching, educational resources, or other assistance at its sole discretion and as outlined in the applicable program description.
BLP reserves the right to modify, update, improve, or discontinue portions of the Services at any time without creating any obligation to issue refunds.
