Mobile phone numbers, email addresses, SMS opt-in consent, and related SMS communication data collected for the BLP text messaging program will not be shared with any third parties or promotional purposes. This information may be shared only with third-party service providers who assist us in delivering and managing SMS messages and emails on our behalf (e.g., messaging platform providers), and they are contractually required to protect confidentiality of your information. You may opt out of receiving SMS messages and/or emails from BLP at any time by replying “STOP” to any text message you receive from BLP or emailing the word “STOP” to the info@businesslendingprep.com email address. If you use our Services outside of the United States, you understand that we may collect, process, and store your information in the United States and other countries. The laws in the U.S. regarding information may be different from the laws of your state or country. Any such transfers will comply with safeguards as required by relevant law. We collect a unique numerical identifier, assigned to you by a first-party cookie, automatically when you use our Services in order to identify you, provide the Services, keep you logged into the Services, prevent fraud, and provide you with targeted information and offers.
When you purchase Services, BLP collects payment and identity verification information, including your name, email address, physical address, payment method, card details, and billing address. BLP can retain information about the transactions you make, including purchase history.
